Act 3 Scene 1
Benvolio and Mercutio are outside.
Mercutio says that they should then go inside because he thinks a fight will start.
MErcutio says that Benvolio just gets angry fast and they can stay because he can control himself.
Tybalt comes in with some of his friends
Mercutio and Tybalt begin to sen rude words to each other.
Tybalt had asked to speak to eith Benvolio or Mercutio
Then the two begins to taunt him and Romeo walks in
Tybalt calls romeo a villain
Since Romeo was already married to Juliet at this point he is trying not to be angered by his new 'family member'
Tybalt wants Romeo to pull his sword and fight him
Romeo tell tybalt that he does not want to fight because he does not hate tybalt.
Romeo doesn't tell Tybalt about his marriage but urges him to wait until he does to fight him
Mercutio steps in because he wants to fight Tybalt if Romeo wont.
They start to fight
Mercutio gets stabbed by Tybalt under Romeos arm?
Tybalt then runs with his group that he came with
Mercutio dies and curses both households while doing so.
Romeo gets angry and wants to fight Tybalt, who then comes back into the scene and. Romeo now draws his sword.
Rome and Tybalt fight and Romeo kills Tybalt.
Benvolio tells Romeo to run
The Prince comes, finds out what happened and banishes. Romeo.
He (Prince) says if Romeo is to come back then he will be killed.
Act 3 Scene 2
Juliet doesn't know of the fight yet but wants night so Romeo can come, see her.
THe Nurse rushed in and tells her what happened between Reome and Tybalt.
The NUrse is so upset that she stumbles over words
Juliet thinks Romeo is dead
WHen she finally can explain Juliet finds out how Romeo killed Tybalt.
HTe nurse agrees with juliet for being angry at Romeo for this and she curses his name.
Juliet gets upset that she would say that about Romeo
She says she feels bad fro doing it herself too.
She says romeo leaving is far worse than Tybalt dying.
THe Nurse knows where Rome is hiding and says she will go get him.
Juliet gives her a ring to give to Romeo as a token for their love.
